Terms & Conditions.

Welcome to TDP. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TDP platform, services, and website. By using TDP, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • TDP” refers to the software platform developed and operated by Travel Design Plus

  • “Client” refers to the travel agency or business entity that registers and uses TDP.

  • “User” refers to any individual authorized by the Client to access the platform.

  • “Service” refers to all functionalities provided through the TDP platform.

2. Access and Use

  • Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials.

  • Users agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes.

  • TDP may suspend or restrict access in cases of suspected misuse or breach of these Terms.​

3. Intellectual Property

  • All content, source code, logos, and designs of TDP are the exclusive property of Travel Design Plus.

  • Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the platform as agreed.

4. Data Protection and Privacy

  • TDP processes client and end-user data in compliance with the GDPR and other applicable regulations.

  • Details on data handling, storage, and user rights are explained in our Privacy & Data Policy.​

5. Service Availability

  • TDP aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary disruptions, which will be communicated in advance when possible.​

6. Limitation of Liability

  • TDP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to platform use.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client in the previous 12 months.​​

7. Third-Party Services

  • TDP may integrate with third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for any issues arising from those providers.

8. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.

  • Upon termination, client data will be retained for 90 days before secure deletion.​

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country / EU member state], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City / Jurisdiction].
