The Content & Media module lets agencies create, organize, and share all destination and product content in one place. Users can add texts in multiple languages and decide whether they are visible to a single agency, selected groups, or all agencies. In addition, photos, videos, and integrations from hotel APIs or media banks can be included to enrich proposals. With AI assistance, content and translations are easier to refine, ensuring consistent and engaging presentations across markets.

This section lets you access all essential information about each customer in one place. You can manage Travel Periods, with the option to create new ones, and view Booking Details like the agency, quotation date, and booking status. Additionally, you can see Customer Details and organize Tasks related to managing each customer. Once the customer is in a Booked status, additional features become available, such as the Invoice, Vouchers, Mark-up, and Payment Status.
